Our hampers are securely packaged to prevent postal damage. Each hamper comes in a beautiful magnetic gift box that can be reused for storage or as a gift box.

Absolutely, during the check-out you will be able to select the day you wish the gift to arrive by. We will organise delivery so that it arrives on or before that date. Please note for express deliveries there may be an extra charge. We use Royal Mail so please do bear this in mind during the busy periods.

With your first subscription delivery, you'll receive a book journal and some small reading accessories along with a book from your chosen genre. Subsequent deliveries will include a beautifully wrapped book at your selected frequency (bi-monthly, monthly, etc.).

Yes, when you register, you can choose from various genres. There's also a comments box where you can specify your preferred categories or genres and share which books/authors you've enjoyed in the past.

To avoid duplicates, we will email you the title and author of the book(s) before shipment. If you've already read it, please let us know in advance, and we will provide an alternative option.

We organise for our shipments to be sent on the first Monday of each month. Typically they will be with you 2-3 days later, however this is subject to Royal Mail.

When you sign up, you can choose the subscription duration. If you need to cancel or change your subscription due to a change in circumstances, please contact us at support@uponastory.com, and we will assist you.
