1. Book Subscriptions​

• 1.1 Books are selected based on the preferences indicated at the point of purchase.

• 1.2 Exchanges are only permitted in the case of damaged or defective items.

 
2. Gift Hampers

• 2.1 Gift hampers are curated based on the options selected at the time of purchase.

• 2.2 We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value if necessary.

• 2.3 Customisation requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 
3. Shipping and Delivery

• 3.1 Shipping costs are included in the subscription or gift hamper price. However, if you require express delivery there will be an additional cost.

• 3.2 Typically, we aim to dispatch book gifts and hampers within 2-3 business days of order placement. For subscriptions your first order will be delivered within 2-3 business days and thereafter will be despatched on the first Monday of every month.

• 3.3 We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers including Royal Mail. 

 
4. Returns and Refunds

• 4.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn (socks) or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• 4.2 Refunds for cancelled subscriptions will be prorated based on the number of deliveries / items received.

• 4.3 Gift hampers are non-refundable once shipped.

• 6.1 We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• 6.2 By using our service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

• 6. Intellectual Property

• 6.1 All content on our website and in our marketing materials is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• 6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

• 7.1 Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription or gift hamper in question.

• 7.2 We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• 8.1 We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

• 8.2 Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
