At Upon a Story, we take great care in packaging our books for shipping. However, sometimes damage can occur during transit. If your book arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to exchange it for a new copy.
To initiate an exchange, please email us at april@uponastory.co.uk with a photo of the damaged book. We will promptly send a replacement once we verify the damage.
